Job description:
- Technical support and customer communication
- Warranty and post-warranty service of units
- Remote management of units via the cloud
- Service partner training
- Active participation in production (gaining technical experience)
- Travel throughout the Czech Republic as needed
What we expect from you:
- Technical thinking
- Manual dexterity
- User knowledge of working with a PC
- Willingness to learn and independence
- Group B driver's license – active driver
