I just wanted to say thank you for getting the DC40 heat recovery unit installed in our home. It's working like a dream, and we're still exploring all its features. On the installation day, we ran into a few issues, like delays with the previous client, a cable in the wall that wasn't supposed to be there, and a power outage at our place. I greeted Ing Tošovský with a headlamp, which he had, and luckily, the electricity came back on during the installation. We agreed that it'd be easier for me to install even this late so we wouldn't have to deal with it the next day. It was delayed slightly by the repair of a stray cable, which will come in handy, and before 10 pm, it was done, and everything turned out great. I started thinking about recuperation about two years ago and decided to install a heat recovery system at the beginning of this year. I chose the ideal product and, after installing the recuperation, I could tell something was different the next day. After coming home from work, there is lovely fresh air throughout the house. Dear Recuair team, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent installation of my recuperation unit. The installers were incredible – they knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. The unit's ventilation is spot on, and the room's climate has improved significantly. There's no more condensation on the windows, and it feels like the air is fresh. After three days of using the recuperation, I could switch off the dehumidifier because the humidity levels dropped so much – exactly what I expected from the unit. Last but not least, I have to praise the online support from Mr Ing. Tosovsky, who willingly explains and answers all questions, even late at night, including remote management and updating of the device. I can't think of anything else to say other than that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The personal visit was excellent; the equipment was fully presented to us, and we could ask any questions. The installers were on time, did a great job, and ensured all the pathways were covered up so as not to damage anything. They were really on the ball and handled everything like pros. We're really pleased with the units! We bought them mainly because of the air change in the children's room and bedroom, which is vital to us. When you walked into the room where two boys, aged 16 and 13, were playing games on a computer, it was a bit of a shock. It almost smells like we're using a window to ventilate now, but then it's cold in there. So, as far as ventilation goes, it's great. The humidity has dropped, too – check out the photo from outside, where you can see the water dripping when the weather is cold. We're not bothered by the noise the unit makes. Overall, I'm happy with it, and I won't be venting in the other rooms, as I don't want to have covers in front of the house. I'll be recommending it to everyone! Thanks so much!
