The air exchanger, which is installed directly into the wall, continuously exhausts exhaled air outside and simultaneously introduces fresh air into the interior through the filtration system. The smart unit does not cool the air inside in winter or heat it in summer, with an efficiency of up to 94%. This ensures highly efficient ventilation with no heat or energy loss, and the units can maintain optimal humidity.

Generally speaking, as long as the property has an external wall and at least half a metre of free space on it, the system can be installed. There are some exceptions to this rule, such as atypical structures, but in these cases, we will do our best to find the optimal solution for your needs.

Our system is perfect for blocks of flats, it can even be installed on the top floor, completely from the inside. Scaffolding, platforms or climbers are not required on the facades; therefore, the facade won't be damaged.

You are, of course, entitled to ventilation. However, permission from the AUO is required. It is usually stated in the articles of association that the external walls are not to be tampered with without the knowledge of the authorities. We will gladly help you explain everything to your neighbours or anyone else and answer their questions.

Planning permission is not required. You may need to obtain permission only if you live in a conservation area. In this case, we recommend that you seek prior approval from the heritage authority. However, don't worry—you can usually just e-mail photos of what you want to do to the exterior, and they will usually approve it without any problems.

The installation process is efficient and can be completed in a matter of hours, including the necessary cleaning. Usually, installation takes between 2-4 hours.

It is important to note the distinction between air conditioning and heat recovery.

1. Air conditioning systems are designed to cool the air in a room, addressing issues such as humidity, mould and allergens. However, they do not clean or ventilate the air.
2. In contrast, recuperation systems maintain the temperature, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer. It exchanges exhaled air for fresh air, up to 40 m3 every hour, in a quiet, automatic and efficient manner, even in extreme cold conditions. Additionally, it features filters that effectively trap allergens, pollen and smoke from neighbouring chimneys.

The recuperation system is not designed to actively cool or heat the air; however, it will ventilate the space, thereby reducing heating costs through heat retention. In well-insulated homes, the need for air conditioning on hot days is often reduced.

Yes, our ventilation system is powered by 230V and a max. 20W power supply is sufficient. It is preferable for the power supply to be installed under the plaster or in the wall board. We will arrange the electrical connection according to your requirements.

For an accurate quote, we need to know more about your house (wall thickness and material), what you will need from us (drilling, electricity) and what type of unit you need = whether for dehumidification, similar to the best competitors, or the unique POLAR, which can operate at freezing temperatures below 15 Celsius. Do you want the unit to work automatically according to the CO2 concentration? You need the CO2 module. The estimated cost of the unit, including normal installation, is from 33 to 50 thousand CZK, including VAT.

The attenuation of external noise is 28dB(A), comparable to that of double-glazed windows. This ensures reliable ventilation and effective noise reduction, whether from traffic, a motorway, or a pub with a garden.

Yes, from installation to maintenance. Once installed, your home will be returned to you in the same condition it was when you handed it over. Thus, you can enjoy the fresh air.

Our system is designed to last a really long time, with the only limit being the materials used, but they'll definitely last for generations.You'll only have to change the filters twice a year and flush the heat exchanger with water once a year, which you can do yourself.The warranty on the units is five years, and they should last for around 20 years.

The viability of this solution depends on several factors, including the specific characteristics of the house and its occupants. For instance, members of the AUO who would be responsible for commenting on drilling into the perimeter walls or the relevant Heritage Department officials if the house is in a conservation area must be considered.
In most cases, explaining how the installation is carried out and that the house will not sustain damage, including the insulated facade, which does not require climbing with our technology, is sufficient. Additionally, from the outside, only a neutral grid will be visible. Our patented solution ensures that there is no condensation. The outlet is, of course, necessary.

The requirement varies depending on the building. The central unit is particularly suitable for new buildings, where a utility room can be designed and a large unit installed. This unit can then supply air to all the other rooms via pipes, and extract exhaust air via other pipes.The cost of a central heat recovery system is in the order of 150-200 thousand CZK, and the installation time is several weeks. Alternatively, a "decentralised" unit can be installed, providing a more compact solution for individual rooms.

It is not noticeable to the user that the air is constantly ventilated. The air in the room is gently stirred and ventilated, and it can be directed through the adjustable exhausts to the ceiling, along the walls, into the room, or at the user. The system is set up so that no significant wind or draughts are created even at maximum ventilation levels. Most importantly, the user cannot hear it.

The heat exchanger we use is manufactured by the best manufacturers in the world. It is a membrane heat exchanger, either enthalpy or with a micro-membrane a few micrometres thick, depending on the type of unit. The membrane's minimal thickness allows for a large surface area to be packed into a compact exchanger with multiple layers of membranes, thereby ensuring high efficiency and rapid heat transfer. The noise level is 14-28 dB (A), depending on the power setting. It is comparable to a quiet PC or fridge.
